Yee Mee Goreng Bersama Makanan Laut

Bila tengok tajuk yee mee goreng bersama makanan laut saya mesti tersenyum , siap selit bersama .. ada kisah di sebalik bersama , dulu saya suka berangan tulis resepi , telur goreng bersama bawang , tak pun ikan bakar bersama belacan .. sekali mana tahu saya jadi penulis blog , memang saya suka selitkan bersama tu .. macam impian jadi kenyataan pulak..

Yee mee ni adalah makanan kegemaran suami , dia suka sangat beli yee mee , kalau saya suka beli kuew tiaw.. nih suami tak de rindu pulak kat dia ..rindu nak masakkan yee mee .. haha ..sapa-sapa tak pernah tengok yee mee sebelum di masak tu kat atas tu gambar dia lah.

Alah mee yang korang suka makan dalam kuali panas kat kedai tu , nampak macam sedap sangat jek di kedai kan ..kadang-kadang tak ada apa sangat pun dalam mee tu , ada telur sebijik dengan sikit isi ayam , cendawan seketul dah RM8.50 sekuali ..

Tapi kalau masak sendiri makan lah puas-puas senang jek pun nak buatnya.

Resepi yee mee goreng bersama makanan laut.

Bahan-bahan.

  1. Yee mee kering (5 ketul/sanggul)
  2. Sayur sawi seikat
  3. Udang
  4. Kepah
  5. 2 Telur
  6. Cendawan (kalau suka , dalam resepi di atas tak letak cendawan , tapi kalau letak jenis shitake tu bau nya sedap sikit)

Bahan untuk menumis.

  1. 1 sudu Cili kering (kisar).
  2. Bawang merah di potong dadu
  3. Bawang putih di ricik halus
  4. 2 sudu Sos tiram
  5. 2 sudu Sos cili
  6. Kicap pekat (saya guna jenama ABC , nak guna jenama lain pun boleh je,sukatan agak-agak je)
  7. Sedikit serbuk lada hitam
  8. Perasa (garam dan sebagainya)

Bahan untuk pekatkan kuah. –2 sudu tepung jagung di bancuh dengan sedikit air.

  1. Tumis semua bahan untuk menumis tersebut , masukkan bawang dan cili dulu di ikuti bahan-bahan lain.
  2. Masukkan Udang dan kepah.
  3. Setelah udang tukar warna masukkan sayur atau cendawan.
  4. Setelah semua dah agak sebati masukkan Yee Mee.
  5. Gaul rata.
  6. Agak yee mee macam dah rata (sebelum lembut) masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung dan pecahkan telur. Nampak macam telur dah masak sikit , angkat dan hidangkan.

Potong cili , masukkan cuka untuk perasa sampingan , boleh di hias dengan bawang goreng dan juga daun bawang.
