Resepi Air Asam Taiping

Kelmarin kita beriya-iya je tayang resepi ikan kukus kan. Ikan kukus kalau tak diselitkan dengan air asamnya mana sedap , cehhhwahh .. meh nak bagi resepi air asam nya pula. Selain dari ikan kukus , air asam ni boleh di cicah dengan perut rebus , kerang rebus atau bakar , ikan bakar dan bermacam-macam lagi makanan yang direbus dan di bakar. Jika kelantan deme suka makan dengan budu kan , tapi orang utara suka cicah dengan air asam bukan sambal belacan ye.

Resepi Ikan Sungai kukus Ala-ala Thai

Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar :

Sebiji bawang merah besar
Segemgam cili padi
Air asam jawa Pekat (Asam jawa di perah menggunakan air masak , segemgem asam jawa bersamaan satu cawan air)
2 inci belacan

*Kisar semua bahan di atas ye.

Bahan untuk di potong dadu atau dipotong nipis.

2 biji bawang
2 biji tomato

*potong dan taburkan dalam bahan dikisar tambah sedikit garam.

Sedia di hidang bersama hidangan kukus atau bakar yang lain.
