Hari Pertama Jogging

Kannnn … tahun 2012 ni pastikan berat badan dapat dikurang kan , memang dah ada jadual untuk saya berjogging setiap hari kecuali sabtu dan ahad ataupun ketika saya tidak menjalani rutin harian , contoh balik kampung ke .. hari ni lepas siapkan aliya , buat sarapan mee goreng campur kuew tiaw , sarapan pagi sikit , lepas tu hantar aliya dan terus ke tapak jogging bersebelahan sekolah KAFA aliya.

Saya nak makan mee di bawah ni tadi , suap 2-3 sudu , lepas tu teringat diet , terus tinggal .. huhu dasyat lah ..

Dapat lah jogging 45 minit .. cukup lah tu .. nanti kalau extreme sangat takut tak lena tidur .. dah lah memang 2-3 hari ni badan lenguh-lenguh , sampai nak tidur pun susah , terkena kejutan budaya ko .. cuti 2 bulan duk menternak lemak je , sekali kena push badan buat itu ini .. tak ke sengal urat tulang semua .. hahaha ..

Okey .. blog dah jadi diari lah ..hihihi .. tapi ini lah perjalanan 2012 saya .. esok nak buat sesuatu yang penting ..

betul ke apa yang aku buat ni ? hurmmmmmm?
